What could result in Expat Therapy 4U removing a therapist from their site?

We reserve the right to remove a therapist from the platform if they:

• Consistently fail to respond to new bookings within the required time frame (from 1 hour to 24 hours from receipt).
• Cancel 3 new booking requests in a row.
• Receive 3 negative reviews (3 stars or less) from verified clients.
• Do not keep their availability up to date on the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.
