What should I do if I feel that a new client is not a good match to me?

If you feel that a new client is not a good match to you, we ask you to discuss this directly with the client, informing them that we can offer them a session with another therapist at no additional cost to them. 

You will then need to inform us of the details of this decision via email at hello@expatherapy4u.com. Please explain extensively why you feel the client should be re-referred, what you see as their main presenting issue, and what approach you think would work best for him or her. 

Kindly note that you are not allowed to refer a client to a therapist outside the platform. 

If a client is not interested to be referred to a different therapist, or there isn't a suitable therapist available on the platform, we will refund the full cost of the session to the client.
